Class Leave & Make-Up Policy

1. Advance Notice for Leave
   If you notify us of an absence at least 24 hours in advance, the missed class will not be charged. The credit for that class can be carried forward and applied to future sessions.
2. Flexible Scheduling
   Our classes are offered at multiple times throughout the week. If you miss your regular class, you may join another session either within the same week or the following week, subject to availability.
3. Group Make-Up Classes
   If several students are absent from the same class, we will arrange a group make-up session and coordinate with families to determine a suitable time.
4. Alternative Options
   If scheduling a make-up class is not possible, we will provide a recording of the lesson along with teacher-assigned homework. In this case, the class fee will be billed at a 20% discount.
